• Geography: 30 mile radius of Shreveport
• Size: Small to Mid-Sized
  • Annual Revenues between $300,000 to $5 million
  • EBIT between $100,000 and 1M
• Lifecycle Stage: Growth, Maturity, and/or Slight Decline
• Seller Motivation:
  • Principle(s) seeking to retire or relocate
  • Businesses seeking growth capital or recapitalization
  • Ineffective or absentee management
  • Strategic partnership differences
