Current Acquisitions and Investment Criteria

Hamel Interests is seeking immediate real estate acquisitions with one or more of the following characteristics:

Industry: Real Estate

  • NNN lease purchases (with financially viable management or tenets)
  • Long-term lease buy-outs
  • Other income producing real estate or structured annuities
  • Limitations on transaction size is $20,000 and a typical single-asset purchase will range between $20,000 to $1.5 million. Target acquisitions include income producing commercial real estate, and profitable SME’s (small to medium sized enterprises).

Hamel Private Equity is focused on complete or majority interests in private, small to mid-sized enterprises; also geographically specific to Shreveport-Bossier and East Texas. The industries of immediate interest are manufacturing and distribution. Typical holding periods will range between three to seven years from their initial purchase or development stabilization date. Hamel Private Equity is open to longer time horizons for the benefit of operational efficiencies and enterprise synergy.
